Racking or Camera Control Systems are available as standalone units or as an integral part of a radio / roving camera system. Broadcast RF’s data systems can control many functions of most cameras whether you want to rack cameras in harsh environments or just control a camera that is out of bounds with wires or cables.

The camera control system (standalone racking) comes as standard with our G-Cam, D-Cam and Link XPR systems and consists of 4 main parts:

OCP
Operator Control Panel

OCP Interface
Provides power and tally to up to 4 x OCP’s. Connected via a standard audio cable to the data transmitter.

Data Transmitter
Provides UHF link to the data receivers.

Data Receivers
Generally built into our radio cameras. However stand alone units are available to control cameras mounted in helicopters, airships etc.

Typical Applications

Remote Camera Control, Airborne Camera Control, Radio / Roving Camera Control (Racking).
