Live HD aerial pictures were transmitted from Arena Aviation’s AS355 helicopter and received both at the Etihad Stadium and the Emirates Stadium for Sky Sports Super Sunday.  The matches involved four of the top five premier league teams and was crucial to the title race which is hotting up to its climax in May.

Broadcast RF were on hand using a HD Wireless Camera to film the premiere of the latest part of the sequel to the Mission Impossible films, Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol, making this the fourth instalment of the series so far, which took place on Wednesday.  The film, which was released on the 21st December, is said to be the highest grossing film series since Harry Potter’s series finale earlier this year and to be watched by more people than Breaking Dawn the second to last instalment of The Twilight Saga. 

Broadcast RF’s unique 3D Wireless Camera System was used at the final of Strictly Come Dancing this December. This nail biting final saw Harry Judd, Chelsee Healy and Jason Donovan battle it out in 3D to win the sparkling glitter ball trophy.

Broadcast RF used the new Sony TD300 3D camcorder as a radio camera for the Live Four Nations Rugby League games at Wembley on Saturday. It is the first time the Sony TD300 camera has been used as a radio camera in a live sports production.

The renowned Dubai World Cup returned again on the 26th March 2011 and was held at the Meydan Racecourse for only its second year. The track which played host to the richest race day in the world signalled a new level of luxury and decadence to the sport’s global history.  At 1.2 km long and accommodating 60,000 race goers at the state of the art race track, the grandstand is one of the largest in the world.
