Pope Benedict XVI travelled to Malta this April 2010, the visit to the Catholic nation’s capital city Valetta by the pontiff of 5 years was planned to commemorate the shipwreck of St Paul on the Mediterranean island in 60 AD.

Broadcast RF supplied thirteen point to point RF systems to PBS in Malta which were used to link up the various OB’s in and around the island of Malta.  The job was crewed by four engineers who unfortunately got stuck in Malta due to the Volcanic Ash disruptions.  The engineers eventually got back to London on Thursday after a four day travel across mainland Europe.
