Superleague:
This seasons Superleague kicked off with the current champions Leeds Rhinos beating the Crusaders 34-6. Two HD Wireless Camera Systems were used to provide coverage from pitchside and conduct live interviews before and after the game.
Premier League Darts:
London’s O2 Arena is host to the first of the 2010 Premier League Darts fixtures. Two HD Wireless Camera Systems are used to bring players on the oche and make the crowd part of the action. There are matches held weekly at different venues all across the UK up until 23rd May where Wembley Arena will hold the final. Phil Taylor is the obvious favourite this year, but could it be Wade or Barney. Catch all the action live every Thursday evening until May.
Six Nations Rugby:
The weekend of the 6th & 7th February saw the kick off of the RBS Six Nations tournament.
England 30 - 17 Wales
Scotland 9 - 18 France
Ireland 29 - 11 Italy
Broadcast RF provided three HD Wireless Camera Systems at Croke Park, using the HD links for team arrivals, pitchside interviews and match coverage.
Vancouver Winter Games:
Live HD Pictures were transmitted to the ground from two AS355 Twin Engine Helicopters to provide the excellent aerial shots of this months Vancouver Winter Games Opening Ceremony. Four HD Wireless Camera Systems were also providing at ground level. The HD RF performed beyond expectation impressing both the TV audience and the technical crew on site.
