A Link XPRV system was used as “DavinaCAM” on Fridays Grand Finale of Celebrity Big Brother.  The system was supplied with one of Broadcast RF’s expert engineers and allowed the radio camera to work anywhere on the red carpet, the studio or the house itself.  The return video function allowed the production team to transmit live video back to the camera into Davina McCall’s Autocue system.   This also controlled the functions of the camera remotely at the OB truck.



 

Ulrika Jonsson emerged as the Celebrity Big Brother winner after housemates had spent three weeks in the house.  Broadcast RF supplied the same Link XPRV system for the launch night on the 2nd January 2009.

 

This was Broadcast RF’s first Big Brother experience and the coverage was deemed a success with the best performing digital radio camera over any previous year.
