Various Digital Links / Digital Radio Cameras

The recent Live 8 Concert was a massive success with bands like Coldplay, U2, Stereophonics, Velvet Revolver, Keane, Pink Floyd, The Who, Dido, Madonna and Robbie Williams all headlining. Broadcast RF were there with various dry hired Clip-On radio cameras and also supplied a digital helicopter down link with MRC Diversity for the aerial filming of the concert.





 
“The picture never broke up”, was a comment heard from the OB truck. “Every time I looked at the monitor feed for the helicopter, there were pictures which I have never seen before from a helicopter, and this was live. Absolutely amazing coverage”, was another comment heard from a member of the concert organisers.

Broadcast RF were completely satisfied with the performance of our equipment on such a prestigious show. With the area congested with RF and other users getting problems with interference, Broadcast RF’s COFDM filters performed with excellence keeping out all un-wanted RF signals.
