Dubai holds its yearly Horse Endurance Race of 2005 and the race was won by Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan Al Nahyan in a record time of 7hrs and 3min. This horse endurance race is unique from others where the first place horse is not necessarily winner, the horse in the best shape at the end of the race is the winner. Careful consideration must be taken when the rider is organising the pace that he and his horse will take for the race.





Broadcast RF supplied Dubai TV with six Clip-On Systems for the tracking vehicles and the mobile camera crew. We also supplied three rebroadcast units, two diversity receivers and four RF engineers. The race leader was followed by a combination of these digital links and a combination of Dubai TV’s additional links, with the result being almost perfect.

The client stated that the pictures from the leader was available 99% of the time, when you see how remote these sites were you will understand how hard it is to conduct a job like this with the results that we obtained.
