The office may not be open but the duty mobile numbers are
always available 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of
the year.

We pride ourselves in doing the extraordinary for our clients. If
a piece of kit becomes faulty during the project we will replace it
within the earliest possible shipping time. If any of our customers
have queries with the equipment and an engineer is not present
on site, then we will do our best to talk them through the problem
over the phone.

As much as we can, we will supply spares and extra equipment
for your job to avoid this, but in the unfortunate circumstance
that an item of equipment goes down during a job, it will be
replaced with immediate effect.
