Chris Brandrick BEng (Hons)
Sales Director
Chris was initially employed by Broadcast RF as a freelance RF assistant on a series of motor racing events in 1999. After an initial interest, Arthur managed to get Chris on board with the role of Sales Manager in 2003 when Chris graduated from Southbank University with an engineering degree with honours.
Chris has become an expert in extracting information from the customer and specifying the exact equipment they need for their particular project. This and his key negotiating skills has been pivotal to the growth of Broadcast RF from the small family run outfit, to the large world class reputable organisation they are today. Chris has project managed all of Broadcast RF's major projects since 2003 and has the vast experience in dealing with the complexities these projects bring and the special planning these jobs need. Since 2009, after joining the board of directors, Chris has also taken on the operational role in the general running of the company, from negotiating key contracts to the logistical management of some large scale projects. |

Molly Goodall
Hire Desk Co-ordinator Molly joined Broadcast RF back in June 2009 where she started out as an Office Assistant working both with the Sales and Logistics team. After working in this role Molly's confidence and experience grew dramatically making her now one of the key members of the sales team. As well as most of the client interaction and quoting, Molly works closely alongside Chris to guarantee long term contracts and main events within Broadcast RF run as smoothly as possible. Molly also heads up the hire desk to ensure perfect communication with the prep department and guarantees jobs go out of the building the Broadcast RF way. |

Georgina Swift
Logistics Co-ordinator After finishing her A-Levels, Georgina decided to step into the world of employment where she joined Broadcast RF in October 2007. George deals with the logistical side of the company and liaises with our engineers, books frequencies and does whatever is required to make that job go out of the door. She is always up for a laugh and loves a good cold pint! |

Joanne Hehir
Bookings Co-ordinator Joanne joined Broadcast RF back in August 2010. After starting out as an Office Trainee in a shared role of Accounting/Bookings, Jo managed to prove her hard working skills and take the new role of Bookings Coordinator. On a day to day basis Jo plays a long and stressful game of "Tetris" booking and keeping control of all the equipment that comes in and out of our warehouse. In Jo's spare time she loves to bake and play the role of auntie by looking after her nephew and taking him swimming. |

Arthur Dyson
Managing Director Arthur started his career as an apprentice for the MOD where he had his initial training as an electronics engineer. Building up a successful career, he was soon chief engineer at Dixons Technical, Research Recordings and Cine Video where he gained most of his OB and program making experience. Arthur worked in conjunction with Gigawave to develop the first ever successful radio camera system called the PITA. After the PITAs success, they went on to develop an early radio camera system called the G-Cam. Arthur decided to push his career by starting his own company in 1998 called Broadcast RF. The aim was to supply broadcast and related industries the opportunity to hire these systems at an affordable price. The business made massive progress and finds itself now being the leading source of microwave and radio camera equipment available to hire. In his spare time, Arthur enjoys fishing, travelling and generally keep the Broadcast RF troops happy in Crayford. |

Mark Houghton
Technical Director Mark started in the broadcast industry as a trainee engineer at Cine Video under the instruction of Arthur. When Arthur started Broadcast RF in 1998, Arthur asked Mark to join him and he became the first employee. Since then he has been at the forefront of the day to day running of the company on both an engineering level and administration level.
Mark has developed an expert knowledge of all the Link and Gigawave equipment and been at the forefront of what technologies to invest in nest for the company. Mark still often goes on site, and maintains to know every department of Broadcast RF. He is the crucial link between the office, the test room and the warehouse. Since 1998, Mark has been at the forefront of every major project Braoadcast RF has been involved with including the Torino and Vancouver Winter Olympics.
In Vancouver Mark helped push digital RF technology to a new level with the successful use of helmet cameras on Olympicr competitors with fantastic results. Mark not only planned this event on site. He engineered the difficult installation in conditions that would make most skiers and engineers throw in the towel. This kind of dedication and determination Mark applies to all aspects of his work with Broadcast RF, helping push the company further and providing and outstanding level of customer satisfaction.

John Hayhurst BEng (Hons)
Senior RF Engineer John has had over 15 years of RF and OB experience. After his graduation in 1993, John started his full time career working for BHT Comms who supplied point to point outgoing RF links to the broadcast and related industries. He specialised in Football and News coverage and predominantly supplied the main outgoing links for ITV Sport and Central TV. In 2001, John left the RF game and joined one of the UKs largest OB companies where he was Sound/Comms guarantee engineer for two years. When he joined Broadcast RF he quickly became one of our senior RF engineers with his vast RF and OB experience. Since 2003, John has been our lead RF engineer on events such as the Athens/Torino/Beijing Olympics, West Asian Games, Formula 1, European/World Athletics, Cheltenham Festival and the Dubai World Cup. |

Martin Brosthaus
Technical Sales
Martin was born and grew up in Germany where he finished his studies
at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences with an engineering degree in
Audio Visual Media Engineering in 2007.
While at uni he began working for several German broadcasters and
post production companies and started specialising in outside
broadcasting and RF engineering. In his diploma thesis Martin described
and analysed applications for wireless camera systems (Link Research),
vision mixers and IT based storage and video solutions at Studio Hamburg
Media Consult International (MCI) GmbH in Hamburg until he joined
Broadcast RF in May 2010. At MCI he was involved in planning,
commissioning and supporting complex radio camera networks including
on-board cameras for car races and inner city receive systems.
In his spare time Martin enjoys listening and making music and goes to gigs whenever theres a chance.

Ben Hawker
RF Engineer
Ben joined Broadcast RF in 2007. Since then he has been an integral
part of our engineering team. Like most of the engineers, Ben has
planned, prepped and engineered some of our biggest and most colourful
jobs from Helicopters across the globe to covering some of the worlds
biggest bands in the rock and roll world. Since starting, Ben has had
some sort of involvment with every Sky Sports event Broadcast RF works
on ranging from testing kit in our workshop, packing and shipping
equipment, to fully engineering the job on site. Ben does not hesitate
to get his hands dirty no matter what the job. If it needs doing Ben
can and he will!

Kirsty Staveley
Engineering Administrator
Kirsty is involved with the organisation of engineering and is the key to helping Mark and Arthur in the Engineering Department. Kirsty moved to the area from Dover. She is currently studying business via Open University. Kirsty is outgoing and enjoys talking to new people. When not at work she likes to socialise and go to various concerts.

Tracey Dyson MAAT
Financial Director Tracey was one of the first employees of Broadcast RF and she quickly became part of the board of directors. She has been crucial in providing strtegic financial and commercial leadership to the company since the start and has a major impact on decision making on all financial matters.
Tracey has also lead the development and implementation f the organisations financial policy, business planning, risk management and budget strategies. She also deals with all human resources issues and has been instrumental in financing/budgeting for all capital purchases of equipment since the company started.

Tracey Callahan
Accounts Assistant Tracey is Broadcast RFs longest serving employee. Her background is predominately as a PA but since being employed at Broadcast RF she has been looking after the accounts department. She is the friendly Dragon! Tracey has two children, one who is aspiring to be an accountant and the other a lawyer. Tracey loves all types of motorsport but Moto GP and a certain Mr Valentino Rossi is her favourite. |

Kristi Sims
Accounts Administrator Kristi started at Broadcast RF in July 2008. Before becoming one of the Dragons in the accounts Den she worked as a PA in the heart of London. Kristi has her own horse and has been riding horses for sixteen years, she enjoys competing at local level and also loves snowboarding, socialising and generally being out and about. |

Davy Faiers
Warehouse Assistant Also known as A LIAR (see below) Davy started in October 2007. Before that he spent two years in Vietnam as a heavy weapons specialist (it's all classified). Straight out of the army he travelled to America where he became a model. After his break up with his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez he decided to leave the catwalk and return to England where he took up a managerial role in the warehouse. (Davy wrote this himself) |

William Dunford
Warehouse Assistant After finishing his academic years, William decided on a move into the construction industry. Once completing a three year apprenticeship in electro-technical services he felt that by having a sound knowledge of electronics Broadcast RF was the right company for him to progress. Will has a strong interest in all sports and plays football for his local team on a regular basis. |

Joe O'Brien
Warehouse Assistant Joe joined the warehouse department in May 2010. He now helps out with checking in equipment and helps out with the deliveries during the busier months. In the warehouse, Joe deals with part of the paperwork and helps to make sure that all of the kit that leaves and enters the building is in good condition and has all been returned. He enjoys a range of sports including 5 a side football and golf which he claims to be terrible at. |

Vince Riley
Driver Vince started at the end of November 2009, he goes out driving all over the country delivering and collecting our kit. Vince is a very sociable chap, you will often find him singing along to something in the van, whistling in the warehouse, telling a joke and sometimes if we're lucky doing a magic trick or two. |
